We use U.S. farm-raised ducks that are free to roam, grain-fed, and raised without hormones or antibiotics, ensuring clean, flavorful meat with naturally rich texture.
• Each duck goes through a meticulous process — selection, filling, scalding, drying, roasting, and slicing — capturing the full artistry of Beijing-style roast duck.
• Using the traditional hanging-oven method (guà lú) with open fruitwood fire, the duck is evenly roasted to perfection. The result: crisp, glossy red-golden skin, tender meat, rich aroma — savory yet not greasy.
• Each set includes everything for an authentic restaurant experience at home:

烤鸭加热说明( Peking Duck Reheating Instruction)
我们全新升级的 锡纸盒密封包装(250g/盒,半只烤鸭量):
• 买一只=两盒鸭肉。
• 吃不完?第二盒放冰箱,隔天加热依然鲜香如初。
空气炸锅加热:
👉 空气炸锅 400°F 预热
👉 打开锡纸盒盖,连盒放入
👉 6 分钟后,皮脆肉香! 开吃!!
烤箱加热:
👉 烤箱 350°F 预热
👉 打开锡纸盒盖,连盒放入
👉 8-10分钟后,皮变油光亮,变脆,开吃!!
微波炉加热:
把锡纸里的烤鸭倒入可微波的盘子里,微波1-2分钟,开吃!(皮不脆,肉依然香)
饼皮加热:蒸锅蒸2分钟(推荐),或者微波炉连袋子一起打20-30秒
鸭汤制作:把已斩的鸭架,葱,姜及已为您配好的八角,香叶一起到入炒锅中,炒两分钟,再加凉水,大火烧开15分钟后在放豆腐煮10分钟,再放白菜,煮5分钟,再放盐和的白胡椒粉,再慢炖15分钟,撒葱花和香菜出锅。
Reheating instructions and Recipes
【Roast duck heating instruction】:
1)Oven:Preheat the oven to 350F ,Put Sliced Duck in ,bake about 10 minutes (Don't Cover ,Try to put Sliced duck with duck skin on top)
2)Air Fryer: On 350°F for 5 minutes.
【Duck Pancakes heating instructions 】: It is recommended to steam it, after water boiled, put pancakes in , steam for 5-7 minutes, or microwave for 20-30 seconds (it will be a little dry).
【Recipe for Duck Soup】Cut the duck bones into pieces, put oil in the frying pan, add star anise, fragrant leaves, ginger, green onions , fry for 15 second, then put the duck bones in fry for one minute, add about two-thirds of whole ingredients water in, Bring to boil, then boil for another 20 minutes on high heat, then add cabbage and tofu, salt and white pepper, simmer for another 15 minutes, sprinkle chopped green onion .
