Please arrive at the designated pickup location during your selected pickup time window.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all food sales are final and non-refundable.

 

If you need to cancel an order, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.

【订购与配送】

除特别说明外，所有订单请至少提前 48小时预订。

目前我们提供西雅图（Seattle）及贝尔维尤（Bellevue）地区的自提服务及部分区域配送服务。

【食品安全】

所有产品均在持牌商业厨房内制作。

收到商品后请及时冷藏保存，并按照提供的加热及食用说明操作，以确保最佳品质和口感。

【自提政策】

订单准备完成后，顾客将收到确认通知。

请在您所选择的时间段内到指定地点前来取餐。

【退款与取消政策】

由于食品属于易腐商品，所有食品销售一经确认，恕不接受退款。

如需取消订单，请至少在预定取餐或配送日期前 48 小时通知我们。

【产品供应】

1）我们的产品均为小批量手工制作，供货前新鲜制作并冷藏，产品供应情况可能会有所变动。

2）所有产品均为手工制作，因此外观、颜色及重量可能略有差异。
